- Deliver top-notch customer service via phone, email, and in-person.
- Assist customers with policy changes and general account support.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong communication skills and a passion for people.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and stay calm under pressure.
- Results Driven
- Property & Casualty licensed.
Compensación: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
